Before you send drawings

What drawings do you need?

Send us scaled floor plans and all elevations. Wall sections or construction details and a window and door schedule also help. We can still measure without these, but you’ll get fewer queries back.

Vector PDFs at 1:50 or 1:100 are best, and DWG files are welcome. Please include the drawing numbers and revisions.

If you have them, also send the specification, structural engineer’s details (lintels, support angles, movement joints) and the house-type mix or plot schedule, so we can count every plot accurately.

What file types do you accept?

PDF or DWG.

Do you do revisions?

Yes, revisions are free.

What’s in scope?

Brickwork only: bricks, blocks, lintels, insulation, ties, cavity trays, DPC, weep vents, cavity closers and cast / precast stone. No other trades.

How quickly do I get my take-off?

Back within 24 hours of payment.

What counts as one take-off?

One house type or one extension.
